I have been playing poker online for years I use to play on Pacific poker, but when they passed a law a few years ago you cant play on pacific poker or Party poker or a lot of other poker websites. I don’t understand, I’m 17 and I want to download Poker Stars to learn to play free poker, but it says you have to be 21 to play poker on their site. To gamble, you have to be 21, but is it actually gambling if there is no money involved? Should I just download it anyway? I don’t want to get in any trouble by playing poker there when im not 21 (even though it’s not for money)

I play on Poker Stars. So at this point i'm thinking that my best option for a deposit would be through E-Checks. So if I enter my information on E-Checks correctly, which means that im telling them im coming from a state where online gambling is "illegal" will they decline my deposit?
