What is the best way for me to learn poker? Websites? Programs? I would appreciate the help. My twenty first bday is 10 months away but I want to get the practice in already so I know what Im doing in Vegas

Looking at upgrading to a multiple computer screen system to play online poker with. How many screens do you use?

I’m pretty slow when it comes to card games, learning to play Uno took my HOURS. I’m smart at other thing (math, writing, philosophy, whatever) So I KNOW I can learn, but I lose my focus. Any methods/websites you know of to make learning to play poker easier? 10 pts.(and a sacrificial goat) to the best answer!!!

I know the different rankings in classic poker but that’s it. I know about the 5 community cards and the best hand wins and all that but how does one go around the players betting? seeing and raising? all that stuff.

From what I’ve read, there is a program that allow you to see other player’s cards. The poker web sites change their programs on a regular basis, so I was wondering how this could be possible. I’ve been told their are programms out there, but I need more conviencing.

I was playing a game of texas holdem and put someone all in, before he responded to my bed he flipped his cards to see my reaction. I want to invite two guys and three girls over for poker. Two of the girls I’m good friends with, but the third I don’t really know, but I like her. So I was wondering if a guy you hardly know invites you over to play poker would you think anything of it? We’ve hung out before just not in depth. If it helps, I’m seventeen and it’s not real poker. Real chips and cards, but no money or anything, just for fun.

I have a five day vacation from work coming up fast in August and I want to go somewhere for two or three days on a budget… I love poker and casinos, and have about 0 to spend on the gambling and and 0 for the flight and hotel… where is the best bargain when it comes to casino trips? Namely cities, hotels, casinos and flights. I don’t really want to rent a car either.

(Been to Vegas, AC, and live near Detroit, so i’ve seen a fair share of casinos).
