I was on a poker website and learned that it is illegal to play for money or to cash out money in some states from an online poker community, and it made me wonder if it is also illegal in ohio?
A friend and I want to start an online poker site like PokerStars but getting a gaming license can cost k+, so we thought a play money site would work, but would I still need a gambing license if no money was involved?
