I have been trying to see if internet gambling is legal in Florida? I try to read the laws, but I am not getting it. Does anybody have the answer to this.

Poker, Sportsbetting and Casino games are popular as even in the USA (and worldwide). Where do you think this ’standoff’ will end up?
PS I think think the US should legalize internet gambling and REGULATE and TAX it, letting US companies participate (vs. sending the business offshore)

The act is intended to end internet gambling (with select activities arbitrarily excluded). Should the government be allowed to prohibit online gambling with this bill? Is it too overbroad and/or subjectively narrow? Is regulation a better answer than prohibition?

I’m doing a school presentation on the dangers of Internet Gambling. I need a song to play in the background and the presentation has to be as long as the song. So if you can think of any short songs that sound like they would be a good theme song for this. please tell me. Also, if the song isn’t that short, that’s alright too. I can try to shorten it.
