as in when you have a king and an ace in your hand and theres a pair of kings and a pair of aces in the community cards? also what would it be when you had four pair and thee pair? as in when you have a king and an ace in your hand and theres three kings and two aces out in the community cards?

I just plain have no idea how to play whatsoever! But i really want to learn so when im at my friends house we can play it. The only thing i think i know is that and "Ace" is really good.

In Texas holdem, there is a pair of Kings showing and a pair of Queens showing and a four. One person has an Ace and a three, and the other person has a pair of eight. Who wins? Is it the person with two high pair with the Ace kicker or is it the person with a pair of eights in their hands? Thanks for your help.
